The Challenge: A professional sales evaluation and training company in the pharmaceutical field provides real life training sessions to evaluate and improve the skills of the sales professionals of its clients. It provides “real-playing” encounters with actual purchasers of the products. Individuals are evaluated across both an internal ranking system and they are also evaluated based on the training evaluation criteria determined by the clients. Scores are analyzed and made available to participants for review via Excel and PowerPoint reports that are provided to the client. The sessions are also recorded on video. Other training companies with less effective programs are still able to compete because of more sophisticated web based result reporting and analysis.
