MDMindset expands service offerings with additional web-based reporting and analysis
MDMindset has added coaching analysis, evaluation and teaching tools to their web offering. MDMindset already provides similar services to help pharmaceutical companies evaluate and train sales professionals but this additional service increases the value they can provide to clients. Clients can now review coaching sessions so the people chaining sales professionals can also improve their methods.
The evaluation and comments are offered online along with video of the sessions. Coach performance can now be reviewed remotely by training managers and shortcomings easily identified and remedied. Strengths can be shared with others making it easier to teach by example.
